We are a team of multi-skillled and certified Salesforce consultants with decades of experience implementing a diverse range of solutions.
Our lead consultants are the main point of contact and maintain an overarching and holistic view of a project, performing a range of roles and minimising hand-offs, from discovery and solution design through to functional testing and training. They may also undertake much of the configuration and are supported by our technical leads and developers.

Jamie founded Clouduku in 2016 and draws on over 20 years experience delivering game changing technology and seamless user experiences.
Simon
Simon’s focus is user experience and engagement. This comes from 25 years in digital, shaping the way users engage and interact with technology.
Martin
Martin applies his experience in business, to help nurture people and improve process, while also developing technical solutions.
Ways of working
At the outset we help identify the business value of any solution and put in place metrics to measure improvement. Using our extensive Salesforce product knowledge we help focus effort on unlocking the most value and providing the greatest return for the least investment.
Although we align with agile scrum team structures and principles, we view all disciplines of a project lifecycle as being either functional or technical and we minimise costly hand-offs by having multi-skilled team members.

People
Changing habits can be difficult. We have realised over the years that to build trust, it’s essential to involve staff from all tiers of an organisation early on. We take them on the journey as well as providing training and support along the way, to ensure they make full use of the new capabilities.
Process
