THE CHALLENGE
UCAS manage the admissions process for all universities in the UK and introduced Salesforce as part of an ambitious digital transformation programme aimed at improving engagement with its customers, the education providers – UK secondary schools, colleges and universities.
THE SOLUTION
We were engaged at the beginning of this journey and set about creating a 360 degree view and call centre support for all education providers, based on the Service Cloud and incorporating email, chat and social media monitoring. This was then integrated with Marketing Cloud to support a range of customer journeys and interactions.
Once in place we then turned our attention to UCAS Media and introduced a sales system, integrated with their billing system and supporting the full sales cycle for over £20 million of media sales.
