Kickstarter for Nonprofits
Nonprofits with a registered charity number and an annual revenue of less than £500,000 are eligible for our kickstarter offer. It’s designed to move your core contact management requirements onto Salesforce, providing immediate value to your organisation and giving a 360º view of everything that’s happening with your partners, donors, beneficiaries and stakeholders.
This begins with helping you navigate the Salesforce Power of Us programme and apply for the 10 free licences. This is then followed by one or more discovery sessions with the relevant members of your team, to understand your specific requirements. We then configure your system, customising it to your needs and migrating any relevant data. Finally, one training session and support are provided for 30 days following go live.
At the end of that kickstarter, as well as being totally self-sufficient, we would expect you to have the following:
A live, functioning and secure Salesforce instance, available to your core team and containing your contact data.
Ability to manage all key information related to every contact and organisation with whom you interact.
Ability to manage and record all interactions with your contacts, including via email, phone, meetings and events.
Integration with Outlook or Gmail for managing email and calendar events.
Ability to track donations and donor information, if applicable.
User and security set-up to ensure the right information is available to the right people within your organisation.
A clear understanding for every user of how to maximise the value of your Salesforce instance.
A clear roadmap of where you could take Salesforce next, to maximise value for your organisation.
Rates
Kickstarter
Our kickstarter for nonprofits has a fixed cost of £1,950 + VAT for up to ten members of the team and would result in a fully functioning, customised Salesforce solution, providing your organisation with valuable tools to manage your contacts and interactions, as well as giving your team the skills to use it.
Adhoc
Should you request it, further enhancements to your system can then be defined and developed, on an adhoc basis, at our discounted nonprofit rate of £65 + VAT per hour.
Project
More complex work, for example, migrating your programme management processes and data into Salesforce, would be scoped and costed in a statement of work, which would be agreed before any costs are incurred.
